This Discharge Prevention Control and Countermeasure and Discharge clean up and removal plan was required due to the greater than the 20,000-gallon storage capacity of hazardous materials as well as multiple oil storage locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-solution\">The Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hazmat-inventory\">Hazmat Inventory<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>EARTHRES Group, Inc., performed a site visit, reviewed existing facility records and conducted a hazardous materials (HAZMAT) inventory of the facility.&nbsp; During this process, they documented secondary containment structures, spill kit locations, and direction of flow in the event of a discharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"747\" src=\"https:\/\/earthres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DPCC-DCR-Spill-Plan-1024x747.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1830\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.earthres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DPCC-DCR-Spill-Plan-1024x747.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.earthres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DPCC-DCR-Spill-Plan-300x219.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.earthres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DPCC-DCR-Spill-Plan-768x560.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.earthres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DPCC-DCR-Spill-Plan-1536x1120.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.earthres.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DPCC-DCR-Spill-Plan.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-spill-plan-development\">Spill Plan Development<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on this information, EARTHRES prepared site figures in Autodesk AutoCAD<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, inspection logs, training logs, spill response forms, and an updated Discharge Prevention Control and Countermeasure and Discharge Cleanup and Removal (DPPC DCR) Plan.&nbsp; The submittal was certified by an EARTHRES licensed Professional Engineer and provided to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJ DEP) for compliance with the State\u2019s required renewal every three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-results\">The Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client\u2019s facility is now in compliance with NJ DEP regulations for having updated DPCC and DCR plans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Project: DPCC DCR Spill Plan \ud83d\udccdBurlington Township, New Jersey The Challenge Our client needed EARTHRES to prepare a renewal of an existing DPCC DCR spill plan.
